By installing or using VoiceMail ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. VoiceMail is a Chrome extension for Gmail that converts spoken input into email drafts using AI. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

2. User Responsibility

As a user of VoiceMail, you are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all AI-generated email content before sending.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of emails you send.
  • Maintaining the security of your Google account.
  • Using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Not using the Service to generate spam, harassment, or illegal content.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

VoiceMail uses artificial intelligence to generate email drafts. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not fully reflect your intended meaning. You acknowledge that:

  • All generated content should be reviewed before sending.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI output.
  • You are solely responsible for emails you choose to send.
  • Generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep VoiceMail available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceMail and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes damages from emails sent using AI-generated content, data loss, or service interruptions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use VoiceMail to generate spam or phishing emails.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service.
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse the system.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

7. Termination

You may stop using VoiceMail at any time by uninstalling the extension. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
